Does Dogby offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! We want you and your dog to be 100% happy with your Discovery Kit. Please reach out to us at hello@dogbybox.com with any issues or concerns and we will make it right.

When will my Discovery Kit arrive?

Orders ship within 2 business days via ground shipping from Massachusetts.

The subsequent Discovery Kits in your subscription will ship approximately (+/- 1 week) every 2 months. You can skip shipments in your account.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

It depends! We do charge for shipping for pay-as-you-go subscriptions. Upgrade to one of our prepaid subscriptions for free shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet! Dogby Discovery Kits are currently only available in the continental United States.

What is your return policy?

We do not process returns or exchanges on The Discovery Kits. However, we do have a satisfaction guarantee. If you have issues or concerns with your Discovery Kit, contact us at hello@dogbybox.com and we will work to make it right.

If certain items aren’t a great fit for you and your dog, we ask that you share them with a friend or donate them to a local shelter or
rescue.

How do I edit, skip, or cancel my subscription?

You can edit, skip, or cancel your subscription in your Dogby account. Use the same email that you used for your purchase to create an account. Once you log in, you will be able to see and edit the details of your account.
